The March 2017 Martin County Market Report shows that the median sale price rose, there are more active listings, and more buyers who payed cash. Active Inventory has continued to increase, and is moving us into a more balanced market between buyers and sellers. This can be a good news for buyers as there are more homes for sale on the market; however, affordability will continue to remain a problem in Martin County.
